1.高速鋸車速度可達100米/分鐘囱稽。

2.電腦定位送料機械手郊尝，配搭伺服電機可穩(wěn)定工作于80米/分鐘二跋。
CNC positioning feeding clamp, driven up to 80M/MIN by AC servo motor.
3.高強度機身，堅固的機身結(jié)構(gòu)艺扑，確保鋸車的精密移動哭练，使用多年后仍能保證很高的鋸切質(zhì)量。

4.整個機器的底座都有CNC加工中心來加工坞裂，使用臺灣一線品牌導(dǎo)軌和齒條卜伟，保證了鋸車導(dǎo)軌良好的平行度和垂直度别孵。這個理想的解決方案使鋸切效果總能保持完美的垂直度和加工質(zhì)量声碴。

5.鋁合金鋸車，使用線性直線導(dǎo)軌和循環(huán)滾珠軸套來進行鋸車的升降葛窜，硬化導(dǎo)軌及齒條扫应、齒輪：鋸車使用壽命長、性能好珊侍，精度高忽秕，鋸路直，適用于多塵的工作環(huán)境豹谎，精度穩(wěn)定悦要，提供最大鋸切能力。

6.送料行走機構(gòu)采用進口硬化導(dǎo)軌及研磨級齒條媳叨、雙小齒輪腥光，提供長期使用的精度。
